- 4 — 4 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- juice of 1/2 lemon
In a small bowl, mix all spices together. Trim chicken, pat it dry and coat chicken with spices. Rub the spices into the chicken well for better flavor. Next, heat a skillet over medium high heat and add 1 tbsp. olive oil. Place chicken in skillet and cover. Cook chicken on both sides about 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, add avocado, greek yogurt, lemon juice and garlic into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Remove chicken from skillet and top with avocado cream sauce.
**You may substitute non-flavored coconut milk yogurt instead of greek yogurt**
