Philip began training at CrossFit on the Plains in 2011. He began CrossFitting in November 2010 and is currently a Level 1 Certified CrossFit trainer working on his CrossFit Level 2 certification.  He is also certified by Titliest performance institution as a Level 1 Golf Fitness Trainer.
