This is a super simple recipe to add a little flavor your next chicken meal! It’s simple, quick and packed with flavor.
Choose any fresh herbs of your choice preferably:
1 lb. chicken breasts
4 tbsp. Olive Oil
Add the chopped herbs to a bowl. Next add olive oil to the herbs. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze half of the lemon into the mix. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and your chicken. Really massage the mixture into the chicken and and let marinate for 1 hour. You can marinate for longer but you want the herbs to stay fresh.
Grill, bake or sear the chicken.
