We will be kicking off the nutrition challenge on Monday, January 28th. This challenge will continue for 30 days. This challenge will be “Whole 30″ style and will consist of 30 days of living the paleo lifestyle.

How do I prepare for this?

In the mean time, please consider meeting with Philip if you are unsure about specifics for your personal goals. Please also begin preparing a grocery list, researching recipes and if possible preparing your 30 day meal plan. For those of you who have completed nutrition challenges in the past, you can probably agree that the times when you struggle or cheat is when you have no meal/snack options.We also want this to be a challenge that you can complete with your busy schedules, family, kids, etc.

CFP is going to start posting recipes and ideas on a consistent basis so feel free to use that as a resource but you can also refer to the following:

So, I know what to eat, how can I get started with a 30 day plan?

You have a few options for this. One, set up a meeting with Philip and he can give you a 30 day plan. Two, check out some of the “plans” on the various website listed above or check out www.whole9life.com for options. Three, plan a time to get together with other members at the gym and exchange recipes, plans, etc. You could get with a few friends and have each friend prepare one week of meal plans and exchange those.

CFP Ladies: Philip will be proving the nutrition seminar on Sunday, January 27th at 6:30. He will be answering some of the questions we prepared for him and preparing us for the challenge. Each lady, please bring a recipe!
